ABOUT THE CAMP: Our Pre-State Camp is a blended variety of wrestling techniques. Our camps are designed to offer world class training and instruction while also providing a safe and fun environment for each and every camper. Last chance to fix problem areas in mid-season.

ABOUT THE CAMP: Our beginner's camp is the perfect introduction into wrestling. We work with all levels of wrestlers and our systematic approach allows beginner wrestlers to learn the right way from the start.The camp will focus on the key basics for success and a variety of wrestling games to ensure all campers have fun while wrestling.
What to Bring: Wrestling Gear, Extra Shirts, Packed Lunch, Drink and Snack money.

ABOUT THE CAMP: TOP- Emphasis will be on tilts, legs, turks, cradles, and the most effective ways to turn a good opponent. Important and unique breakdowns along with top situational drills will be covered. BOTTOM- Emphasis will be on chain wrestling, stand‐ups, Granbys, sit‐outs, second moves and reversals. Specialized defensive bottom techniques will be revealed.

ABOUT THE CAMP: Our 3rd annual 3 day fun camp is a blended variety of wrestling technique and games daily. We will have wrestling instruction in the morning and an afternoon activity including swimming, flag football, kickball, dodge ball, videos, video games, and wrestling games. This is a guaranteed winner!! Wrestling and games!!
