Strength Training

TWA strength training is recognized as the highest level of fitness for wrestlers available.   Our programs are broken up into seasons and we have a variety of training methods arranged for each season to ensure results are achieved.  We use the newest and most effective techniques to ensure our athletes remain on top.  Our 3,000 square foot strength training room is designed “For Wrestlers, By Wrestlers”.

Spring Season: Group Fitness 10 Weeks (March 21st-May 26th)
Full Off-Season: Group Fitness 18 Weeks (March 21st-July 21st)
Pre-Season: Group Fitness (August - October 31st)
Season: Group Fitness (November -March)
Personal Training: Year Round!

Please call for team packages of 5 or more students.

Ages: 8 Years old and up
Referral Program:  Earn a $50 credit towards your registration when another athlete registers for a package of 20 or more workouts.
How your sessions work: You may start your program at any time during the month.  You have 8 weeks.
